Week 12 Strong Play-Weak Play

Strong QB Plays

Eli Manning vs. MIN: Eli at home vs. the Vikes, should be in for 250+ with 2 TD’s.

David Garrard vs. BUF: If you don’t have one of the stud QB’s, go with Garrard this week at home against Buffalo. Garrard has played well of late and could be a nice spot start this week.

Matt Schaub @CLE: Schaub is primed for a big game this week at Cleveland. Having Andre Johnson back is huge and will do wonders to his fantasy value.

Weak QB Plays

Jay Cutler @CHI: Teams never fare well with a short week on the road after a Monday Night game. Don’t be fooled by Cutler’s impressive performance last week against the Titans. The Bears will keep him in check at Soldier Field on Sunday.

Strong RB Plays

Maurice Morris @STL: Mike Holmgren would have to be an idiot to consider giving Shaun Alexander his job back. Morris has been solid and the whole Seahawks Offense looks better since he took over for the injured/over-the-hill Alexander.

Kolby Smith vs. OAK: With Priest Holmes expected to announce his retirement this week and L.J. still out, Smith should get the start this week at home. The Raiders can’t stop anybody on the ground and Smith should get plenty of touches to rack up some yards and a score.

Weak RB Plays

Thomas Jones @DAL: The Cowboys have been shutting the run down this year and Jones cannot find the end zone. Don’t expect much from Jones this week.

Strong WR Plays

Hines Ward vs. MIA: With the phenom Santonio out this week, Ward will be the first and second read for Big Ben on Monday Night against the Dolphins. Ward is a must start this week. Also check out WR Nate Washington on your waiver wire as a spot start this week.

Greg Jennings @DET: Jennings is solid #2 WR option this week against the Lions on Thanksgiving. Lock it up.

Chris Henry vs. TEN: This guy has been on fire since returning from his 8 game suspension. He is a must start from here on out.

Weak WR Plays

Roddy White vs. ATL: Don’t expect much out of White again this week at home against the Colts. Only consider him if it’s for your #4 flex slot.
