I'm in a point-per-reception league and I need to start one flex player. I'm trying to decide between Julius Jones and Javon Walker. Any thoughts?

Great question - it's always tough to sit a Running Back in favor of a Wide Receiver, but in this case, I recommend you do it. Besides playing a stingy defense, Marion Barber will be stealing Jones's receptions, and TD's too. Walker will get you the catches and has upside here.

Lineup question, Chambers or Betts?

Again, the WR vs. RB issue. In a PPR, I'm going with Chambers. Betts looked mediocre at best last Sunday, albeit against a good defense. I still like Chambers here.

Guys, I'm stacked at WR and can play either Andre Johnson or Roy Williams, which one do you go with?

I like Andre Johnson's matchup better this week, although you probably can't go wrong with either. Johnson looks like he's going to have a career season, so better to keep him in the lineup and ride the wave.
