Kurt Warner QB Cardinals - Probable Elbow/Knee/Ribs – This guys is so banged up that his trainers will have to work on him for several hours everyday. With everything bothering him he still manages to make it in the game.
Marshawn Lynch RB Bills – Probable Ankle – Even with Lynch showing improvement, Coach Jauron has stated that he will only get a little more this week. It looks like the Coach is leaning towards running with a committee. It seams that with Lynches injury he is loosing grip of the sole starting job. Sharing carries will hurt his fantasy value.
Lavernous Coles WR Jets - Probable Ankle – It was reported that Coles has a high ankle sprain. It was also reported that he was in sever pain at the podium after the game.
Philip Rivers QB Chargers – Probable Knee – His knee is still bothering him. He will be limited in practice this week. It looks like he is going to have it looked at again this week.

Clinton Portis RB Redskins – Probable Back – His back is what slowed him down to only 50 yards last week. This week he should pick up the pace a bit going into week 14 against the Bears.

Todd Heap TE Ravens – Questionable Hamstring – This is an injury that can nag a player for weeks and weeks. He is considered week to week due to his progress with this injury.
Selvin Young RB Broncos – Questionable Knee – Even though he is listed as questionable. He will most likely play this week.
Bubba Franks TE Packers - Questionable Knee – Thursday is going to come too fast for this Farve target. He just won’t be ready to lace them up against the Cowboys.

Brandon Jacobs RB Giants – Questionable Hamstring – This doesn’t look good this week for Jacobs. The trainers are looking at him through out the week to see if they will be able to clear him to play.
Donovan McNabb QB Eagles – Questionable Thumb – The coach has stated that he does not want McNabb to play until he is 100%. The word on the street is that the only way they will trade McNabb is for 3 first round picks.
Santonio Holmes WR Steelers – Questionable Ankle – He should play week 13 in a limited capacity.
Isaac Bruce WR Rams – Questionable Hand – He sprained his hand last week. He is considered day to day. Check back Sunday to see if he will play.

Post-Week 11 Injury Report

Week 11 Injuries for Week 12

Doubtful / Out:

Adrian Peterson RB Vikings – Out Knee – He may start running this week. It looks like that knee will keep him out another week.

Questionable:

Marshawn Lynch RB Bills – Questionable Ankle – The bills took a blow last week without the stud rookie in the game. Last week he was wearing a boot. Coach Jauron is not optimistic for his return this week. Check back Monday even though it does not look good.
Ryan Grant RB Packers – Questionable Ankle – Unlike Marshawn there is a chance for him to see the field week 12. His ankle sprain is listed mild. The down side is that they play Thursday this week.

Marvin Harrison WR Colts – Questionable Knee – Marvelous Marvin will most likely sit one more week to get healthy. Look to see him return week 13.

Kevin Faulk RB Patriots - Questionable Head – His head injury was bad enough to have him leave the game early last week, but not bad enough to keep him out next week. He does not want to lose more ground on Maroney.

Laveranues Coles WR Jets – Questionable Ankle – With a short week it makes Coles a very uncertain play in the fantasy world. His ankle injury is bad enough on a short week to call him questionable.

Donovan McNabb QB Eagles – Questionable Ankle – MRI reveals some swelling in his right ankle. The coach added that his throwing thumb is very swollen as well.

Santonio Holmes WR Steelers – Questionable Ankle – His ankle was sprain late in the game Sunday. He is a gamer. He should play week 12. Check back to make sure of his status.

Probable:

Byron Leftwich QB Falcons - Probable Ankle – This poor man can not catch a break. The bucs stole his lunch and put him in the corner for almost half a game due to an ankle injury. No worries, since Harrington has not made it clear to be the starter.

TJ Houshmandzadeh WR Bengals - Probable Back – It looks as though he tweaked his back. Yet not enough to keep the HOUSH out this week.

Owen Daniels TE Texans – Probable Nose – This gladiator broke his nose catching a ball on the first drive Sunday. It looks as though he will still play week 12.

Anthony Gonzalez WR Colts – Probable Hand – Coach Dungy states that Gonzalez could come back with this short week. He could play a bigger role this week.

Alex Smith QB 49ers – Probable Forearm – He is having it checked out this week by the famous Dr. James Andrews (orthopedist) to see what’s going on in there.

Brian Leonard RB Rams – Probable Groin – He did not play much due to the soreness in his groin. It did not help that the predator, Steven Jackson, ran like a ram last week either.

Troy Brown WR Patriots – Out Knee – He has not played yet this season. Keep an eye out on later in the season to see if you should pick him up on waivers.

Questionable:
Demetrius Woods WR Ravens – Questionable Ankle – He hurt his right ankle in Sunday’s game. Check back Sunday morning to see if he will make the field.

Damon Huard QB Chiefs – Probable Neck – With is injury and poor play, Brodie will probably see a start this Sunday.

Questionable:

Jerious Norwood RB Falcons – Questionable Ankle – He hurt his right ankle in Sundays game. Check back Sunday morning to see if he will make the field.

Chad Johnson WR Bengals – Questionable Neck – CT scan showed no damage to this out spoken receiver. I don’t think that a strained neck will hold ocho cinco from the contest against Baltimore Sunday.

Jay Cutler QB Broncos - Questionable Lower Leg – After several tests it shows that there is no stress fracture. It looks like a very bad bruise.

Anthony Gonzalez WR Colts – Questionable Hand – It looks like what was suppose to be a dislocated thumb, turns out to be a broken bone. I don’t think he will make it out to the field this week.

Travis Henry RB Broncos – Probable Knee – He left early from Sundays game due to a knee injury. He should be fine for next Sunday’s game.

Kurt Warner QB Cardnals - Probable Elbow – His elbow is still hurt and may have been re-aggravated against the Bucs on Sunday. It look liked he was handing the ball of with his throwing arm like a backwards handoff.

David Carr QB Panthers - Probable concussion – It seems that he can not get healthy. If he tests well this week he will start for the Panthers.

Steve Smith WR Panthers – Probable Hip – It will be hard to keep superman down. His hip will be sore but that won’t be why he struggles this week.

Rudi Johnson RB Bengals – Probable Hamstring – Rudi will play week ten. He is just sore from the hami still recovering.

Ahman Green RB Texans – Probable Knee – The knee injury is bad enough to force him from the game last week. Look to see some recovery from this running back.

Dwayne Bowe WR Chiefs – Probable Hamstring – These injuries are a bit tricky. It will most likely come down to Sunday before anybody knows if he will play.

Bobby Wade WR Vikings – Probable Knee – He hyperextend his knee in Sundays matchup. As painful as that is he may end up suiting up on Sunday.

Shaun Alexander RB Seahawks – Probable Ankle, Knee, Wrist – With all the injuries, there is no wonder why his production is down. Holmgram says he should play this Sunday. He also said that he is going to enforce Alexander to where a cast on his wrist for the rest of the season.

Todd Heap TE Ravens – Questionable Thigh – He was at practice Monday but he did not partake in drills.

Vinny Testeverde QB Panthers – Questionable Achilles – The Achilles tendon is what snaked the ageless wonder from the game Sunday. It looks as though they will switch back to D. Carr.

Travis Henry RB Broncos – Questionable Ribs – After painkillers and herbal medicine it looks as though the ribs are in bad shape and he will not go this week.

Matt Schaub QB Texans - Questionable Concussion – It is tough to call his week 9 status this early in the week. Concussions are tricky and a hot topic for the players association and the league. Check back for updates.

Probable:

Kurt Warner QB Cardnals - Probable Elbow – He did some light practice and looked as though he was not hurt. Look for him to go week 9.

Marshawn Lynch RB Bills – Probable Hip – First reports stated that it was his ribs. It is clear now that he had a minor hip injury.

Owen Daniels TE Texans – Probable Ankle – No reports show more that a sprained ankle. He is a good threat for Houston. He should play week 9.

Reggie Bush RB Saints – Probable Ribs – This when we will see the durability of Mr. Bush. He should play next week. As the season moves on he will accumulate a bunch of these injuries.

Post-Week 5 Injury Update

Matt Leinart, broken collarbone - Leinart has landed on the IR, thus ending his season. Drop him unless your league awards points for knocking up chicks. Speaking of....

Travis Henry, Hippie-Lettuce aficionado - There are conflicting reports on Henry's status, but apparently he will take a polygraph test this week. We can only hope that it will air on Maury Povich so Henry can jump around like a maniac when Maury declares, "Travis.....you did NOT smoke that weed. But you did sire five more children since August."

Jake Delhomme, elbow - Delhomme is on the IR and will undergo Tommy John surgery. We expect Jake to have a nasty cut-fastball next season.

Michael Pittman, broken fibula - Did you pay a bunch of free agent dollars for Pittman? Sucks to be you, he's out for 6-8 weeks. Sucks to be us, because we have him in 3 leagues.

Damon Huard, shoulder - Doesn't look good for Damon, he's probably out for Week 6, and he may not reclaim the starting job. He's on our bench too, tough week for injuries...oh wait, but...

Jamal Lewis, unspecified right foot injury - We picked up Jason Wright one week before the oldest 28 year old in the league got hurt. Lewis is 28 and has 1899 carries on those legs. Compare that to 30 year old Ahman Green, who will instantly evoke an "over the hill" response, who has 1906 carries, just 7 more than Lewis.

Joe Jurevicius, knee - Not much info on this one yet, but better to roll the dice with someone else this week.

Deion Branch, sprained foot - Looks serious, make other plans at least for this week.

Marvin Harrison, knee - doubtful for week 5

Alex Smith, separated shoulder - could be done for the year

Laurence Maroney, groin - Who the @$#% knows; Belichick won't give a straight answer

Todd Heap, hamstring - If this is your first year owning Heap, get used to the phrase "Game-Time Decision"

Jake Delhomme, elbow - Might need surgery, might end his season, but unless your league starts 3 QB's, why do you care?
