Week 8 Injuries for Week 9
Doubtful / Out:
No New for week 9.
Questionable:
Trent Edwards QB Bills – Questionable Wrist – It is his right wrist that is sprained. No new news from coach Jauron. It looks like another week with Loseman.
Todd Heap TE Ravens – Questionable Thigh – He was at practice Monday but he did not partake in drills.
Vinny Testeverde QB Panthers – Questionable Achilles – The Achilles tendon is what snaked the ageless wonder from the game Sunday. It looks as though they will switch back to D. Carr.
Travis Henry RB Broncos – Questionable Ribs – After painkillers and herbal medicine it looks as though the ribs are in bad shape and he will not go this week.
Matt Schaub QB Texans - Questionable Concussion – It is tough to call his week 9 status this early in the week. Concussions are tricky and a hot topic for the players association and the league. Check back for updates.
Marvin Harrison WR Colts – Questionable Knee – Even though he is listed as questionable, there is a chance he will move up to probable. This is a possible preview of the AFC Championship. I bet he plays. Check back for updates.
D.J. Hackett WR Seahawks – Questionable Ankle – He has had a bad sprain since week 1. It looks like he may make the field this week.
Probable:
Kurt Warner QB Cardnals - Probable Elbow – He did some light practice and looked as though he was not hurt. Look for him to go week 9.
Marshawn Lynch RB Bills – Probable Hip – First reports stated that it was his ribs. It is clear now that he had a minor hip injury.
Owen Daniels TE Texans – Probable Ankle – No reports show more that a sprained ankle. He is a good threat for Houston. He should play week 9.
Reggie Bush RB Saints – Probable Ribs – This when we will see the durability of Mr. Bush. He should play next week. As the season moves on he will accumulate a bunch of these injuries.
Plaxico Burress WR Giants – Probable Ankle – The ankle injury in last week’s game hindered his performance. Look to see him heal on the bye week and come back strong week 10 against the Cowboys.
